❌Strictly no smoking in the house, FINE RM1,000

❌No Pets Allowed

❌No shoe in the house 

❌Quiet time 10pm to 9am, no more loud music and sound

❌Please don’t bring in durians or strong smelling food in the house or freezer

✅Proper swimming attire only is allowed in swimming pool

♻️Please switch off all the Electrical Application when go out or not in use

✅Please close doors, windows and lock them when you go out 

🍽️Please clean the kitchen, tableware and utensil after use

🚮Please keep clean, make sure throw the rubbish in the rubbish bin. You can leave the garbage bag and waste inside the house, or you can throw them to refuse room (near house door). Do not leave it in the public common area.
