Additional rules information
- A refundable security deposit of RM200 is required.
- You can't turn off the power to the internet in units. Anyone who turns off the internet router will have to pay a penalty of RM100.
- The internet is interconnected with few units; thus, if the internet goes down, we are allowed to give guest advance notice and we come into unit to fix internet.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit. However, you may smoke on the balcony. Fines of RM1000 apply for smoking in the unit.
- No pets allowed: penalty is RM500/pet - Park only in designated parking space. Improper parking has a RM150 penalty.
- Every level has a bin room, which is next to room 10. Please dispose of your rubbish there before check out.
- Kindly keep noise levels down during the night.
- A lost key or card will result in a RM210 charge.
