► No smoking, if there is evidence of smoking you will be charged RM 200 which will be deducted from your deposit

►No illegal activities to be conducted in the unit which is against the laws of Malaysia

► Los of access cards and key RM200 penalty

Deposit of RM 200 will be obtained before check in. No issues, the deposit will be refunded back in full.
