â–º No cooking of pork related food and light cooking only in the apartmentÂ
â–º Please remove your shoes when in the apartmentÂ
â–º No Durians or strong smelling food in the apartment
â–º No smoking, if there is evidence of smoking you will be charged RM 200 which will be deducted from your depositÂ
â–º No illegal activities to be conducted in the unit which is against the laws of MalaysiaÂ
â–º Lost of access cards and key, RM 200 penalty
Deposit
Deposit of RM 200 will be obtained before check in. No issues, the deposit will be refunded back in full.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 95% total amount refund if cancel 5 days prior to arrival
