Check out is at 12 noon. I or my partner will check you out if available. Though most of the times you will check out yourselves.

Please note a cleaner will be come after 12 to clean the apartment.

Please take note if the access card is lost or if your bring it home with you the replacement cost will be RM100. This will be deducted from your deposit.

Please note also if your bring home the Carpark Access card the replacement cost is RM200. This will be deducted from your deposit

Please message me if you need parking inside the building. There will be a charge of RM20 per night. Parking is limited here, hence you have to inform me as soon as you book.

There may be times I cannot provide parking, as the space is sold out.

There is TNG parking on the premises. Hour charges apply.
