TERAS Residence – House Rules

1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: Before 1:00 PM
• Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability

2. Maximum Guests

• Only registered guests are allowed
• No last-minute additional guests without approval

3. Noise & Respect

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM
• No loud music or disruptive behavior (especially due to kampung surroundings)

4. No Parties / Events

• Strictly no large parties or events unless pre-approved
• BBQ allowed only at designated area and within reasonable hours

5. Swimming Pool Rules

• No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No glass items near the pool
• Rinse before entering pool

6. Cleanliness

• Please keep the house clean and tidy
• Dispose of rubbish in designated bins
• Extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess

7. Prohibited Items

• No illegal substances
• No smoking inside the house (allowed only at designated outdoor areas)

8. Damages & Loss

• Guests are responsible for any damages
• Replacement/repair costs will be charged accordingly

9. Safety

• Lock doors and switch off electrical items when leaving
• TERAS Residence is not responsible for lost belongings

10. Respect the Environment

• This is a private, slightly secluded kampung area
• Be mindful of nature, surroundings, and neighbors
