Our house is located about 3km from Rawang Interchange and takes about a 30 minute drive from Kuala Lumpur via the North-South Highway (PLUS).

Our location is close to AEON Shopping Mall for shopping activities. Not only that, in AEON Rawang there is also a TGV Cinema if you are the foot of a movie!

To Uniqlo clothing enthusiasts, you only need 5 minutes to get there. You can also get a variety of other clothing brands at AEON Shopping Mall.

With only 14 minutes drive you’ve reached the Gamuda Gardens Recreation Park and can enjoy Xploria activities like Crazy Go Kart, Donut Boat Ride, Solar Train and a large playground with lake and fountain beauty. The most interesting thing here Skyline Luge Activity Park will also open in Gamuda Gardens in the end of 2023!

Rawang, known for its natural beauty and waterfalls, is a tourist attraction here. You only need to drive for 15 minutes to get to Templer Park, Kanching River Central Forest, Commonwealth Forest Park.

For those who love golf, this place is strategic because it is close to Lake Putri Golf & Country Resort with only a 14 minute drive there.

Yes. Parking is provided free 1-2 spaces inside the premise and off premise

• What are the essentials included?

Fully furnished Emerald Cove and minimalist finishes can accommodate up to 8-10 people.

The living room
The living room comes with a 40 inch HD TV, fan, air conditioning and a set of sofas, a sofa bed for maximum comfort.

Dining area Marble dining
table can accommodate as many as 8 people. Suitable for those of you who want to dine en masse.

Rooms
– The main room is equipped with a King bed size, 2 pillows, 1 blanket and sheets, 2 towels, air conditioning, water heater, ceiling fan, hangers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and spacious wardrobe. The main room has its own bathroom where fixtures such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and shampoo are provided.

– The second room is equipped with a Queen bed size, 2 pillows, blankets , bedding and 2 towels while the third room is equipped with a single bed, 1 pillow, blanket, bedding and 1 towel. Each room has a fan, wardrobe, hangers. Both rooms have attached bathrooms and have toiletries.

– The fourth room (at the bottom) is suitable for children and adults , equipped with a Bunk Bed, 1 pillow, blankets, sheets and 1 towel. We also provide 1 extra pillow, 3 extra mattresses.

– A crib is also provided if needed. This baby bed has two functions: as a bed and can also be a baby playground and is safely occupied for infants and children 0-4 years old.

The bathroom is separate and can be accessed from the kitchen and living room and body soap is provided.

The General Room
Wall painting on the stairs is imported from Bali, Indonesia.

Kitchen
– Simple cooking allowed in our kitchen. We provide pans, knives, cutting boards.
– Equipment such as spoon sets, forks, chop sticks, cups, plates, bowls, water containers are provided.
– Trash cans are provided in the kitchen and visitors are advised to dispose of garbage and tie it up before leaving the property.
Laundry/Drying
– Washing machine is provided. A spacious drying spot can be found at the back of the kitchen.

• Is your homestay view environment appealing?

Once inside the Emerald City gate you will be presented with the greenery of jogging tracks, lakes and even modern playgrounds.

• Is your place close to public transport?

KTM Rawang station is only 15 minutes from our house and can be accessed by public bus

Guests have access to the entire house! Self check-in with the key in the lockbox. The passcode for the lockbox will be given the day of your stay
