- Pick-up is available for hotels in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (excluding Đa Kao Ward and Tân Định Ward).
Customers staying outside District 1 must make their way to:
- TNK Travel Office: 112 Tran Hung Dao Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, HCMC (Arrive by 17:30 PM).

- Children from 4 to 9 years old: 75% of adult price (must share with parents).
- Children above 9 years old: Charged as an adult.
- Maximum 1 free child per 2 paying adults. Additional children must pay full price.
