Participants are responsible for maintaining loaned equipment and will be charged for damage or loss of equipment.

MANTA FISH SNORKELING is not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses due to failure to follow the instructions of our guides in snorkeling activities.

Responsibility

MANTA FISH SNORKELING is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or damage to participants’ belongings during the activity.

Photos and Videos

MANTA FISH SNORKELING has the right to take photos and videos during snorkeling activities for promotional purposes.

Itinerary Changes

MANTA FISH SNORKELING has the right to change the itinerary or activity schedule at any time if necessary for the safety and comfort of participants.

Cancellation by Participant:

– Cancellations made 1 days before the departure date will receive a full refund.

– Cancellations made less than 1 days before the departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost.

Cancellation by Company:

– If MANTA FISH SNORKELING must cancel the trip due to weather conditions or other safety reasons, participants will receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
