The Little Rainbow Forest Lake 4WD Tour (4-5 hours) An easy to moderate 2 hour downhill trek through the cool tropical rainforest to Lake Tamblingan. Paddle in a traditional dugout canoe around the sacred caldera lake Tamblingan. Complete your day by swimming at a secluded and pristine waterfall, and return to Munduk Wilderness Camp. Tour ends.

Description / Important Notes
ITINERARY:
- At 10.00 a.m. Meet at the Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for the tour briefing, while enjoying a refreshing welcome drink. Embark your adventure on a classic land rover, driving to Devil’s rock, the starting point of your downhill trek, via local plantations and through tropical rainforest, while enjoying the tranquil sounds of the forest.
- Make a visit to the unique Shiva Buddha Temple inside this forest, before continuing the walk, ending at Lake Tamblingan.
- During the trek your guide will point out and talk about some of the typical and interesting plants that grow in the wild.
- Picnic lunch is provided en route. Board the traditional local canoe and paddle along the lake side for about 30 minutes (currently the canoe operation is ceased) to where the Land Rover awaits your arrival.
- Continue the tour and drive to Bolangan Waterfall, tucked away in a little forest. A short walk to the waterfall is followed by a refreshing swim, while enjoying this gem of a waterfall. Towels are provided. Return to your Land rover.
- A 30 minutes drive will take you back to Munduk Wilderness Base Camp for an early dinner
