The underground ambience of Copper is centered on global cuisine and fine wine and cocktails. The romantic catacombs decked in wavelengths of sculpted copper make for a dramatic atmosphere quickly warmed by the hints of familiar scents from the kitchen. The mystery does not end there. Those familiar tastes are transformed by a fusion of global cuisines to offer a fresh yet welcoming taste for any palette.
