Terms & Conditions This ticket is valid for one time entry only. A surcharge of RM12.00 (Adult) or RM16.00 (Child) will be charged to customers who failed to present their Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/MyKid) during redemption of Malaysian tickets category at counter Level 5 Admission includes all amusement rides. Excludes VR games, Zoofari Animal Rides, Crochet Playground, Cosmic, Arcade Games, Haunted House, Waterless Aquarium, Urban Strike Force and Drift Kart. Child below 3 years old or below 90cm in height is free of charge. You must present a valid ticket to gain admission to the attraction. Admission to the attraction will only be granted for the validity period stated on the ticket. Entry will not be allowed for an invalid ticket that is already redeemed, collected, consumed, lost or has expired. It will not be replaced, no refund will be provided. The attraction reserves the right to request personal identification or proof of nationality before granting admission to the attraction. Access may be denied if ticket conditions of sale have not been met. The attraction reserves the right to determine a Child, Infant, Youth, Senior or Adult ticket age range and might request proof of age before allowing admission. Height, weight, size and age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. These will be displayed at each relevant ride and attraction and made available from Guest Services. The attraction reserves the right to change its operating days and hours, including last admission entry times without any prior notice. The attraction will not grant any refund due to these changes. The attraction, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the rides, events, or facilities within the attractions for maintenance and for reasons outside their control or force majeure including, but not limited to technical, health and safety and/or operational reasons or due to special events or private functions. The attraction is not obliged to grant any ticket replacement or refund under these circumstances. Discount Voucher Terms & Conditions: Each online purchase customer will receive one (1) RM5.00 discount voucher for Bubbles Café and one (1) RM5.00 discount voucher for Go-Kart upon redeeming BTSTP’s entrance ticket at the ticketing counter located on Level 5. The RM5.00 discount voucher will be printed from the ticketing system (POS System). Customers must present the discount voucher at both locations (Bubbles Café and Go-Kart BTSKL) to enjoy a RM5.00 discount on their total purchase. BTSTP reserves the right to reject any redemption if the customer presents an invalid discount voucher. Multiple redemptions ARE NOT allowed.
