From there, head to the Emerald Buddha Temple using local transport, passing by the historic amulet market on Rattanakosin Island. Your first stop is Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, considered the most sacred Buddhist temple in Thailand.
Next, explore the Grand Palace, once the official residence of the Kings of Thailand and still used for royal ceremonies and state functions. If you’ve selected the optional visit, continue to Wat Pho, passing by Tha Thien Market, a cultural food market known for its dried and salted seafood.

- Take local transportation by Boat or Local Bus to the Emerald Buddha Temple.
- Explore the first location at Wat Phra Kaew, also formally known as Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram but more popularly known in English as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.
- Visit Grand Palace which was the official residence of the Kings of Thailand. and continue to visit Wat Pho by Tuk Tuk
- Last but not least, finish your trip at the Wat Arun (the Temple of Dawn), one of Bangkok’s most famous landmarks. (End of tour)
