About this experience

Day 1: Arrival and Hotel Check-In

  • Morning: Arrive at Komodo Airport and be welcomed by a local guide.
  • Afternoon: Transfer to the hotel for check-in.
  • Evening: Enjoy a pick-up for a sunset experience in Labuan Bajo.
  • Dinner: Savor a meal at a local restaurant and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Sailing Komodo National Park (2D1N)

  • Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel.
  • 08:30 AM: Check out from the hotel.
  • 08:30 AM: Our guide will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to the harbor.
  • 10:30 AM: Start sailing.
  • Activity: Trek to Pulau Kelor for a beautiful view from the top.
  • Lunch: Enjoy lunch on board.
  • Activity: Continue to Manjarite Island for swimming and snorkeling.
  • Activity: Sail to Kalong Island for a sunset view while witnessing millions of giant flying foxes in the night.
  • Dinner: Have dinner on the boat.
  • Evening: Free time to enjoy the Milky Way in the sky.

Day 3: Exploration and Adventure

  • Morning: Enjoy breakfast on the boat.
  • Activity: Start tracking to Padar Island, where you’ll hike to the top and enjoy breathtaking views.
  • Return: Head back to the boat.
  • Activity: Continue to Pink Beach for swimming and relaxing on the pink sand.
  • Lunch: Lunch will be served on the boat.
  • Activity: Sail to Komodo/Rinca Island to explore the Komodo Dragons.
  • Evening: Return to Labuan Bajo and be dropped off at the hotel.
  • Dinner: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
  • Overnight: Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Departure

  • Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel.
  • Activity: Visit a souvenir shop.
  • Departure: Be dropped off at the airport for your flight to your next destination.

FLIGHT SCHEDULE & HOTEL RESERVATION: ARRIVAL:

  • You need to arrive one day before the trip because the trip starts in the morning on the first day.

    • Jakarta – Labuan Bajo (direct): Citilink, Batik Air
    • Jakarta – Labuan Bajo (1 Transit): Garuda, Batik Air, Lion Air, Nam Sriwijaya
    • Surabaya – Labuan Bajo (Direct): Air Asia, Batik Air
    • Kuala Lumpur – Labuan Bajo (1 transit): Super Air Jet, Air Asia
  • Flight Information:
    • Estimated time of Arrival (ETA): 15.15 PM
    • Estimated time of Departure (ETD): 10.10 PM

DEPARTURE:

  • Participants can depart on the last day of the trip (3D2N and 4D3N on the boat) based on their flight schedule. For 2D1N participants, departure can be one day after the trip.

RESERVATION:

  1. Please confirm in advance for availability.
  2. Booking cannot be made without a down payment.
  3. Payment is made in 2 steps:
    • The booking requires a 50% deposit.
    • The rest of the payment must be done a maximum of 7 days before the trip.

Guest booking cannot be amended or modified. Any cancellations will get a 0% refund.
Additional rules information
Itinerary Program may change according to conditions or situations while on the trip in case of FORCE MAJEURE. Force Majeure refers to a state of coercion beyond the limits of the capabilities of both parties which can disrupt or even thwart the implementation of activities, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, sabotage, community unrest, blockades, government actions, especially due to circumstances beyond human capabilities. The availability of the boat and hotel rooms used in this quotation will be subject to availability when the guest confirms. Prices can change at any time, considering that government regulations regarding the entrance fees of tourist destinations change every year. Prices can change at any time if there is an increase in fuel rates. CANCELLATION: If there is a cancellation by the participant, then the payment that has been made cannot be refunded, moved to a different trip, or rescheduled. However, participants can find a replacement person (change name). Cancellation due to Force Majeure (Natural Disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, and other coercive conditions) means the trip can be changed or canceled, and there is no refund to participants for facilities that are not used or for any losses or inconveniences incurred by the organizer. (Force Majeure: an event that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided, making proper activity impossible) Participants who arrive late at the meeting point, causing an extension of the itinerary beyond a specified time and inconveniencing other participants, will be considered to have resigned, and there will be no refund.
