• Equipment and Attire Guidelines: Participants must comply with specified clothing and footwear requirements. Any equipment provided by the merchant must be used responsibly, and additional fees may apply for damages caused by misuse.
• Media Usage: The merchant may photograph or record the tour/activity for promotional purposes. Participation constitutes consent to the use of one’s image, unless the merchant is notified in writing beforehand.
• Liability Statement: The merchant shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour/activity, except where negligence by the merchant is proven. Participants are encouraged to secure their personal belongings.
• Itinerary Flexibility: The merchant retains the right to alter the itinerary, including stops or activities, due to unforeseen circumstances or to improve the experience. Customers will be informed of significant changes as soon as practicable.
