• Valid only on the selected date.
• Reservation is maximum H-3 before arrival.
• Reschedule: H-7, maximum 3 times a year after booking.
• Itinerary is not fixed and may change due to field conditions without disrupting the overall agenda.
• Foreign tourists are subject to additional fees at each location: Kawah Ijen: 150,000/pax, Baluran: 250,000/pax, Menjangan: 300,000/pax, Green Bay: 225,000/pax.

The rules that apply during activities in West Bali National Park:

• If participants have a history of congenital diseases such as heart conditions, asthma, and other chronic illnesses, it is advised not to participate in snorkeling activities.
• Stepping on coral reefs is prohibited.
• It is mandatory to use a life jacket during the activity.
• Participants are prohibited from touching marine life.
• Feeding of wildlife or marine life is prohibited.
• Participants with prescription glasses may bring their own snorkeling goggles (if necessary).
• Do not litter in the sea.
• Participants are advised to maintain tranquility within the West Bali National Park area.
• Follow the instructions of the guide/leader when engaging in water activities.
• Do not stray far during snorkeling activities without the guide’s direction.
• If bringing electronic devices, jewelry, cell phones, easily removable watches, they should be stored properly.
• If bringing personal underwater equipment, please ensure it is properly handled and not confused with others. Mobile communication devices should be securely stored.
• Children under 3 years old and the elderly are not allowed to participate in snorkeling activities (parental/caregiver supervision is mandatory).
