Don’t Forget the Extras!

This pasar malam isn’t all about food—keep an eye out for:

  1. Short Pants (RM18 per piece)
Affordable fashion in the middle of your food trail? Why not!

  1. Vegetables & Fruits
Local produce at good prices—great if you’re planning to cook later in the week.

  1. Assorted Labubu Merchandise
From quirky t-shirts to cute keychains and bags, fans of this cheeky cartoon character will love the finds.

How to Get There

  1. By MRT & Feeder Bus
  • Take the MRT Kajang Line to Taman Connaught Station.
  • From Entrance A, you can access Cheras Sentral Mall via a pedestrian link bridge.
  • To reach the night market, board the MRT Feeder Bus T410 from the station. It’s a short ride and drops you near the market area. Note: The feeder bus accepts only cashless payments via Touch ‘n Go or MyKad.

2. By Car

  • Set your GPS to Jalan Cerdas, Taman Connaught, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Parking can be challenging due to the crowd, so it’s advisable to arrive early or consider parking at Cheras Sentral Mall and taking the feeder bus or a short ride to the market.

Walking Route & Pro Tips

Our suggested flow is to start at the McDonald’s entrance on Jalan Cerdas and follow the crowd:

  1. Begin with spicy wedges & stuffed tofu to warm up your palate.
  2. Pick up juice or soy milk to hydrate.
  3. Dive into heavier bites like nasi lemak, satay, and dim sum.
  4. Cleanse your taste buds with desserts or mochi.
  5. End with durian or chilli crab buns for a final flavour punch.
  6. Loop back through the non-food stalls for fashion, fruits, and quirky merch.

Tips to Survive & Thrive

  • The best time to arrive: 6:00–6:30 PM for parking and lighter crowds.
  • Wear comfy shoes—it’s over 2km of walking and weaving through hungry crowds.
  • Bring small notes (RM1/RM5/RM10) for smoother transactions or make sure your phone is fully charged to scan lots and lots of QR codes for payment.
  • Many vendors love social media—look for “TikTok-famous” signs to try what’s trending!
