Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
Tickets are issued in Wristband form and shall be worn by the purchasing person at all times
Entry may be denied if tickets are torn, damaged, altered, or unreadable
Any battery-operated vehicles such as scooter, luggage, electric bicycles and others are not permitted
Note: Due to Malaysia’s tropical climate, thunderstorm and heavy rain occur regularly. In the event of hunderstorm or heavy rain guest is advised to take cover and stay under the shade. There will be no refund in the event of inclement weather
