1. This is a self check-in apartment without any front desk. Check in guidelines will be sent to you 1 day prior to your arrival.

2. Guest required to provide your valid ID reference.

3. We do not provide daily housekeeping and luggage storage service.

4. NO smoking, NO durian, NO pets and NO drugs allowed, NO party

5. Lower down your volume after midnight, and in the common areas

6. Damaging the unit is prohibited. Please be a responsible guest and help us to take good care of our place like your own.

7. Take off your shoes in the unit

8. We will fine if damaging or defect or unremovable dirt linen set (pillow case, quilt cover, linen)

9. Please DO NOT smoking or weed (just in case you have smoker friends visit u). The management will fine RM300.00 for smoking.*
