Dear Guest, We want to make sure that your stay at Tamu Beradu is enjoyable and comfortable. Please take note of the following house rules:

1. The maximum occupancy of Tamu Beradu is 12 people including children, with a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children below 6 years old sharing the same bed as their parents. We do not provide extra mattresses or allow you to exceed the maximum occupancy. If you exceed this number, we reserve the right to refuse check-in without compensation.
2. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time starts at 3 P.M. Early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Please refrain from arriving at the property without prior agreement with the host if you arrive earlier than the designated check-in time. This is to avoid disrupting the duties of the cleaner. Check out time is before 12 P.M. Late check-outs will incur a penalty of RM 50 per hour. We have the right to permit the cleaner to enter the house if guests have not checked out after the designated time. Any items not belonging to the house will be removed without prior notice.
3. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, non-halal food, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the house and its compound. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the property. We kindly request smokers to ensure that they do not discard cigarette butts on the ground. Violations may result in a fine of RM 200.
4. Upon arrival, you are required to pay a refundable security deposit of RM300 via bank transfer. This will be refunded 24 hrs after check-out, subject to the condition of the property.
5. We do not allow cooking in the house as we do not provide a fully functional kitchen. However, we do provide a microwave oven for your convenience.
6. Durians or any strongly odorous foods, as well as foods that may cause stains such as mangoesteen, red pitaya, or dragonfruit, are strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may enjoy these foods only at the designated outdoor eating area. Additionally, guests are responsible for proper disposal of any related waste.
7. If you wish to use the BBQ facility, please book in advance and pay a small fee of RM100 for utensils rental, charcoal, and cleaning of the hardware.
8. Please help us maintain the cleanliness of our property by properly disposing of trash in the bins provided.
9. Please REMOVE YOUR SHOES upon entering the house.
10. Safety Awareness: Lock doors when leaving or sleeping. Keep the main entrance closed. Take care of your safety during your stay.
11. Safety: Parents must accompany children at all times, especially around the pool. We are not responsible for accidents during your stay. The depth of our pool is 4 feet, and we do not provide floaters for guests. Please make sure you have appropriate floats for your children.
12. Please wear suitable swimming attire during your time at the pool. Do not wear cotton clothing.
13. Energy Conservation: Please save energy by switching off unused air conditioners, fans, and lights.
14. Please avoid washing off the sand in the toilet once you return from the beach, as it may cause the drain to become clogged. We have an outdoor shower and hose available for this purpose.

For Muslim guests: The management reserves the right to request to see your marriage certificate. Unmarried Muslim couples will not be allowed to check-in at our guesthouse. For non-Muslim guests: We welcome everyone at our guesthouse. However, we strictly prohibit non-halal food, alcoholic drinks, and illegal substances inside the guesthouse and its compound due to our Muslim faith. Please note that we provide toilet paper, however we highly recommend using the water bidet for improved cleanliness. Furthermore, we have a requirement for guests to wash their feet with water after using the toilet. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
