Parking
Parking is free but only one. If require additional parking, park inside 3 Damansara Mall using TNG. Do note the mall closes at 10pm so if you park there and need access after 10pm, you have directly walk in via parking.
Rules and Regulations
► No cooking of pork related food and light cooking only in the apartment
► Please remove your shoes when in the apartment
► No Durians or strong smelling food in the apartment.
► No smoking if there is evidence of smoking you be charged RM200 which will be deducted from your deposit
► No illegal activities to be conducted in the unit which is against the laws of Malaysia
► Lost of access cards and key RM200 penalty

Location and unit info will be given after confirmation of booking
Deposit
Deposit of RM200 will be obtained before check in. No issues the deposit will be refunded back in full.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 95 % total amount refund if cancel 5 days prior to arrival
