He manages over 250 properties with MyRehat, won the first runner-up in PISA, has MDEC-certified digital nomad hubs & achieved Airbnb Superhost, Booking.com & Agoda Top Host recognitions. He is known for his strong interpersonal skills and versatility.

Specialised web designer with 15 years of expertise in crafting tailored websites for e-commerce stores, marketing campaigns, landing pages & corporate entities. Born in Penang where land is scarce, this investor started with small apartments in KL, later shifting to landed properties outside the Klang Valley. Transitioning from long-term to short-term rentals improved yields. He takes a keen interest in the design, project management, financing & marketing of all his properties.
