He manages over 250 properties with MyRehat, won the first runner-up in PISA, has MDEC-certified digital nomad hubs & achieved Airbnb Superhost, Booking.com & Agoda Top Host recognitions. He is known for his strong interpersonal skills and versatility.

Born in Penang where land is scarce, this investor started with small apartments in KL, later shifting to landed properties outside the Klang Valley. Transitioning from long-term to short-term rentals improved yields. He takes a keen interest in the design, project management, financing & marketing of all his properties.
