Here is a lovely vintage from the 1930s, GDA Limoges | (Gerard, Dufraisseix, Abbott) | CH Field Haviland hand-painted oval platter. It features delicate sprays of pink and purple florals, set against a white ground with a smooth, brushed-gold edge and embossed and brushed-gold handle accents.
This piece is in VERY GOOD! vintage condition. There are no cracks, or crazing present.
This beautiful piece measures 12.25" (31 cm) long handle to handle and 8" (20 cm) wide.
The red backstamp has the words CH FIELD HAVILAND, LIMOGES with the circle, under which are the words Made in France. There is a green backstamp next to it stating GDA France.
