The ticket is valid for 30 days from the date of issue
Guest who aged 3 years old and below free of charge.
Guest who aged 4 - 11 years old entitled to purchase for the Child ticket; aged 12 years old and above entitled to purchase for the Adult ticket.
Ticket is valid for single redemption and entry. All tickets purchased must be redeemed at any one time and there is no partial redemption are allowed.
This ticket only applicable for the Malaysian. Identification is required.
Unauthorized flying drone are not allowed within kl tower premise.
If guest have already redeemed voucher and faced cases of inclement weather on the day of visit, they may inform the staff at KL Tower and revisit on the following day for free.
For the safety of all guests, the open-air Sky Deck and Sky Box will not be open in cases of inclement weather.
For safety and security purposes, no personal bags (including laptop bags), or backpacks are permitted at the Sky Deck area.
Permitted items allowed must fit into these dimensions: 16" x 16" x 8".
