Rules and Regulations

► No cooking of pork related food and light cooking only in the apartment

► Please remove your shoes when in the apartment

► No Durians or strong smelling food in the apartment.

► No smoking if there is evidence of smoking you be charged RM250 which will be deducted from your deposit

► Illegal activities to be conducted in the unit which is against the laws of Malaysia

► Lost of Access Cards and Keys RM250 penalty

Deposit

Deposit of RM 250 will be obtained before check in. No issues the deposit will be refunded back in full.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 95 % total amount refund if cancel 5 days prior to arrival
