Opus has 2 swimming pools. An infinity pool that fronts Menara 118. The tallest building in Asia. A superb gym, outdoor CrossFit gym, a rock climbing area and sauna.

Topping it is a magnificent rooftop view of the city.

Parking

Parking is free but only one. If require additional parking, park outside free or pay RM10 for one inside the condo

Rules and Regulations

► No cooking of pork related food and light cooking only in the apartment

► Please remove your shoes when in the apartment

► No Durians or strong smelling food in the apartment.

► No smoking if there is evidence of smoking you be charged RM200 which will be deducted from your deposit

► No illegal activities to be conducted in the unit which is against the laws of Malaysia

► Lost of Access Cards RM300 penalty

Deposit

Deposit of RM 300 will be obtained before check in. No issues the deposit will be refunded back in full.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 95 % total amount refund if cancel 5 days prior to arrival
