Guest access

The property has cool paintings and murals designed by local artists. The Lobby area has very comfortable seating area. On the first floor is a very nice verandah you can chill at.

You can access your room and the lobby area. There is a door person who will be there until midnight. After that no one will man the property until tomorrow morning. Guests can you use key card to go in and out. Property will be monitored by CCTV and police at interval times during the night.

Parking is free but first come first serve. If no parking within hotel compound there are plenty of paid street parking

Rules and Regulations

►No cooking allowed at all here

►No Durians or strong smelling food in the room.

►No smoking if there is evidence of smoking you be charged RM200 which will be deducted from your deposit

►No illegal activities to be conducted in the unit which is against the laws of Malaysia

►Lost of Access Cards RM200 penalty

Deposit

A deposit of RM200 will be taken by the hotel. This however may be revised at the discretion of the hotel. Refundable upon check out if no issues.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 95 % total amount refund if cancel 5 days prior to arrival
